The Sea View Resort is a moderate-sized resort located on the white sands of the unspoilt Patnem beach (virgin beach) in South Goa. A garden paradise, Sea View Resort offers a selection of large air-conditioned rooms, traditional cottages and even in-room kitchens for long stays.
Location: Sea View is on the approach to the Patnem beach (just 100 meters away). You cannot miss it because it is at the start of the lane leading to the beach.
Just off the South end of the famous Palolem beach is Patnem, which still retains its virgin natural beauty. By village road, Patnem is only 1.5 kms from Palolem.

Rooms at Sea View Resort vary from standard budget, to AC luxury and even tiled roofed cottages for two. In all, we offer a choice five room types, which are spread around the central garden or with a village view.
Truly spacious for our category, all rooms have a private terrace. The cottages have their own little porch, which overlooks the lawns, or the many little flower gardens. You will find them ideal for reading or to simply laze in the magical Goan atmosphere.
Deluxe AC
Large rooms in the new wing; each has a split AC, double bed, closet, big bathroom and a veranda with cane furniture.
Deluxe Non-AC with Kitchen
A nice kitchen adds a homely touch to the wood and cane furnishings, with the large rooms set in soft white and natural tones.
Deluxe Non-AC
Set in a combination of off-white, cream and brown, the rooms have double and twin beds and large bathrooms.
Semi Deluxe Non-AC
Located in the family wing, the rooms are mid-sized with their own bathrooms and terrace.
Cottage
In classical Goan white and maroon design, sun beams stream through the sunlight roof in the comfy cottages.
